We hope this greeting finds you and yours enjoying life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  It is with great anticipation from our staff that we see you at the Club during our bonus days.  We are open today and tomorrow to celebrate this historic holiday!    

 

The rest of the month provides fun social events as well as our annual Summer Showdown golf tournament.  Also, don't forget our daily summer selections of fresh salads. They are perfect for a hot summer day!   

 

The Club is buzzing with activity and many of the projects are just about done.  Stay tuned for the Grand Opening of the new halfway house, PETE'S PLACE.  It's spectacular and well worth the wait!

Upcoming Sushi Night:  

The Club's next sushi night will be Friday, July 7th. Start making reservations now by calling or texting Eric Moccia at 304-641-3742 so Shaun can ensure we have enough fantastic sushi to go around. We want to make sure we are able to please all of our Members and their guests.

New Secondary Logo:

 

The iconic black coal cart...The first sight after rounding the bend on Aaron Smith Drive provides some insight into the deep history that is associated with our property and Golf Club. It is for this reason that the team at Pete Dye Golf Club decided to create, not a new logo, but a "secondary" logo. Honoring the history and pride of the hard working men and women that helped shape the community of Bridgeport, ultimately leading to the creation of our beloved Club. The coal industry has been the backbone for much of West Virginia's economy and is one of the reasons that Pete Dye was drawn to this area. The secondary logo is dedicated to the coal workers who once walked the grounds of our Club with pick-axes and shovels looking to simply make a living. The logo is simple-no words or club name, prompting questions about the Club, or maybe where the idea came from. Moving forward, the Pete Dye Golf Club logo will remain the primary, with the coal car logo giving members a secondary option to represent their Club and history that our Club offers.

 

Membership Directory:

 

The Pete Dye Golf Club Membership Directories have been mailed to each member.  We are very pleased to have this private club tradition re instituted.  Please visit the Club's website www.petedye.com  Member's Only section to edit your profile if needed.  

 

 

Member Accounts:

 

A great feature of the website is the ability to view your monthly statement. This function is the perfect tool to review your Club charges.  As a friendly reminder, all accounts must be current in order to utilize the Club.  If you have any questions or would like to make a payment, please contact Don Lightner at 304-842-2801 ext. 111 or email dlightner@petedye.com or stop in the golf shop to talk with Brian Higgins.

Hours of Operation for June 

 

Golf Shop:

Tuesday - Sunday

7:00 am - 7:00 pm

 

Food & Beverage:

Tuesday - Saturday

7:00 am - 9:00 pm (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

Grill Room will remain open for beverages depending on level of activity until 11:30 pm.  Clubhouse will close at 12 midnight.

 

Sunday

7:00 am - 7:00 pm (breakfast and lunch)
